Motor Assist Ltd was established in 2003 by a team of experienced managers from the accident management sector, together with an entrepreneur with a successful track record in building technology based businesses in the IT sector.

This alliance was based on the recognition that IT processes are increasingly driving better response times and much improved service levels. Both are essential to effectively serve those who have had an accident.

Motor Assist Ltd specialises in providing immediate replacement vehicles to prestige car drivers who have had an accident.

Significantly, in 2005, we passed a rigorous audit by the Association of British Insurers. Following this we are one of the few UK groups who are Tier One hire providers under their General Terms of Agreement claims protocol.

Last year, we moved into our new head office in Leicester to facilitate and manage our rapid, but controlled, growth: in 2005 we doubled the size of the company. We also have a significant depot in Chertsey, Milton Keynes and in Greater Manchester. We can truly provide nationwide coverage.

Our business is providing services directly to our “partners”: dealerships, insurance brokers, body shops and financial services. In providing this, we recognise that our service levels are critical to your reputation. We won’t let you down.
