Motor Assist is proud to announce its
new strategy in collaboration with vehicle manufacturers and franchised
motor dealers. With the first signed contract from Audi to supply vehicles
to there clients, Motor Assist has increased its Audi fleet to offer
a full Audi range to its customers.

space in order to optimise customer care as well as revenue and profitability.
With sales increasing rapidly the back office support is crucial for
providing a first class service, focused on achieving high levels of
customer care.
Motor Assist increases fleet size
Motor assist adds numerous prestige
vehicles to its fleet, it has recently added exotic Marques such as the
new Jaguar XKR cabriolet ( 4.2 Supercharged), Bentley Flying Spur ( The
worlds fastest saloon car) and Mercedes CLK 55 AMG ( 5.5 litre V8).

Underwriting Agreement in Place to Coincide with Latest
Bespoke Product
Motor Assist Ltd has an initial agreement in place with an underwriter
to develop fully underwritten bespoke insurance products.
Following the successful pilot product, Prestige Plus, the company has
now jointly developed a further revolutionary policy. Early indications
are that the policy is expected to have an 80% plus take up rate by all
Insurance Intermediaries and Financial Services Organisations that it
is offered to for distribution.
A nationwide press campaign is also due to be in place ready for launch
of the latest product.

Motor Assist Ltd breaks into direct Insurer referrer market
Motor Assist Ltd has successfully tendered a proposal to a specialist
insurer with a view to supplying hire vehicles to the insurer for both
non fault and intervention hire requests.
The insurer specialises in non standard motor vehicles, an area that
aligns directly with the strategy of Motor Assist Ltd.
The referral process is expected to begin in September 2006 and the
company envisages volumes to increase steadily through the 4th quarter
of 2006. The agreement is for Motor Assist Ltd to be handling all non
taxi hire referrals from the insurer by early 2007.

Motor Assist Ltd trials leading software
Motor Assist Ltd is in advanced stage talks to trial a new motor claims
tracking software product that is due to be launched in the 3rd quarter
of the year. The software has been developed to allow all users involved
in a claim cycle to track claims progress in real time via an internet
based platform.
Once implemented it should cut claims costs and increase efficiency
by allowing the client, engineers, brokers, insurers and vehicle repairers
all to have up to date access to latest claim status. In addition the
system can automatically text the client when ‘milestone’ updates
are entered onto the system.

Latest Bespoke Policy
Motor Assist Ltd is due to market the latest innovative product available
on the market from Prestige Plus.
The product is due for a high profile launch in June 2006 and as yet
full details are being kept closely guarded. The product is being developed
to reshape the current mid – high net worth motor insurance sector
and is expected to offer a serious alternative to the current High Net
Worth Insurance policies that are available in the market.

Head office team expanded
Accident assist has strengthened its senior management team with the
appointment of two key individuals from the Insurance and Motor Dealer
sectors.
Dave Blakemore has agreed to join us as Head of Business Development.
He brings with him more than 30 years experience in the insurance sector.
Dave is leaving his post as Vice President of Marsh Private Clients to
take up his role with Motor Assist Ltd.
David Walker joins us following his most recent role as Regional Finance
Director of Inchcape Plc. David qualified with Deliotte and has more
than 15 years experience in International Finance and Business Development.
