an entrepreneur from the technology sector. The team came together on
the belief that innovation in IT systems and a dedication to deliver
outstanding customer service will drive forward the next wave of improvements
in accident management for executive cars.

Mark Kotecha
Chairman
Mark Kotecha is an entrepreneur
who has a track record in building successful companies. Previously
having started and built a number of significant companies, including
Netlink Internet, which he grew from scratch into Europe's largest web
hosting company, employing over 100 staff across 4 countries. Mark was
listed as one of the Top 50 Entrepreneurs to watch in a recent Sunday
Times report. Mark was educated at Balliol College, Oxford and University
of London. He is a voluntary director of the Prince of Wales Trust.
Abdul Mohamed
Chief Executive Officer
Abdul is a co-founder of AAG and has 5 years of senior claims
and accident management experience. He has been responsible for account
management for the AAG group, including management of clients such
as Royal Bank of Scotland and Key Insurance. Abdul is an Accountancy
and Management graduate from the University of Leicester.
David Walker
Finance Director
David
Walker has over 15 years international finance and business development
experience. After qualifying with Deloitte, David has spent most of
his career working with UK pls’s in the automotive sector, including
as regional finance director for Inchcape plc. Recently he has advised
a portfolio of high growth companies on finance and strategy. David
is an ACA, a CA (SA), and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with
Vits University.
David Blakemore
Business Development Director
David is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and is qualified as
a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute. With over 30 years insurance
industry experience experience in both Broker and company sectors Davids
previous roles have included UK Sales and Agency Manager for Dominon
Insurance Company, National Sales Manager for Singer & Friedlander
Insurance Finance and Development Director for Marsh Private Clients.
Shak Rafiq
Operations Director
Shak is co-Founder
of AAG and has 7 years Exec-management experience in claims management.
His strengths are in data and process modelling, strategic planning
and integrated business planning, he is responsible for relationships
between ABI and AAG. Shakeel is a Bio-Medical Science Graduate from the
University of Leicester.
Non Executive Advisor to the Board:
Steve Norris
Steve Norris was a Conservative MP for 14 years. He
was Parliamentary Private Secretary at the Department
of the Environment, the Department of Trade and
Industry and the Home Office, and later Minister for
Transport in London for 4 years under John Major's
Government. He is a former Vice Chairman of the Party
that contested the Mayoralty of London in 2000 and
2004, running Ken Livingstone close on both occasions
and recording two of the best results in recent
Conservative Party history.
Steve was also Director General of the Road Haulage
Association from 1997 - 2000, and has wide experience
of both uoted and unquoted companies including Jarvis
PLC, where he led the successful restructuring as
Executive Chairman. He has also held roles at ITIS
Holdings PLC, the AIM Listed traffic information
provider, AMT - Sybex Group, a major software systems
integrator and Speedcheck Services Ltd, the developer
of average speed camera safety systems.
Steve has worked with the current Government on
sustainable transport issues and Chairs David
Cameron's Quality of Life Commission transport group.
His clients have included, The Financial Services
Authority, Strategic Rail Authority, Jaguar, Deutsche
Bank, Natexis Banques Populaires, Northcare plc and
Canary Wharf Group.
